    Love the healthy snacks from Focus180.
    I’ve made a few from these recipes, sunbutter Oat Cookies, Gingerbread Protein Cookies, Breakfast Oatmeal cookies, Banana Coconut Protein Bars and the Chocolate Zucchini Muffins, this one is great if you need of a chocolate fix. My favourite so far is the Gingerbread Protein Cookies. Yum!
    These are a great alternative snack instead of sugary snacks, they are Healthy alternative and good for you. I indeed will be making another batch. They are so easy to make and takes no time at all to make. Thank you Focus180 and Matteo for giving me these recipes as I am a lover of baking gives me satisfaction in making them.     My Focus180 e-book is my sanity check. Prior to joining the Focus180 community my culinary repertoire comprised of 2 signature dishes – Scrambled eggs and Spaghetti Bolognaise. I just wanted to be better. With a number of dietary challenges to consider in my family and teens who were concerned I was suddenly going to make them eat “mung beans and alfalfa sprouts ” I didn’t want to spend more money on another healthy eating cook book that sat in my draw for 10 years untouched. Knowing that the key to my physical fitness was to be found in my kitchen, I explained my situation to Matteo. After a 20 min chat, and some serious consideration of my needs he produced my personalised family e-book that has simply slide into our family lifestyle. Kids didn’t even notice the changes to their meal plates but I did and I know they are benefiting from a few introduced ingredients. Last night I received a pat on the back and told “your getting better Mum, keep trying!” – Better is a good place to start.
