Our Semi-Private Personal Training is a great option for those who don’t want to train alone and looking to train with a friend, partner or buddy.

6-12 WEEKS

In your initial 6 week period you will mainly experience internal changes to your body.

We call this the internal stage, and this is an important stage because it sets your body up with the foundations to move forward to experience the long lasting results you are looking for.

12-14 WEEKS

The following 12 to 24 weeks you will discover it won’t be long until you are satisfied with the way you look and feel. You will be making real progress.

Maintaining Results

The maintenance stage is where you will discuss with your (add name of trainer) how often you would like to meet and work on maintaining the wonderful results you have created… it’s a simple fact, but you either use it, or lose it!

We conduct our training sessions in a fun, informative, comfortable and challenging way. We strive to help you achieve the best results and support you every step of the way. We will treat you with utmost respect and confidence, and respect the pace at which you learn.

A free discovery session is set-up before you begin your health journey

This will give us the chance to get to know each other, and determine if I’m the best person to help you reach your goals. After this, we can move forward with working together if we both feel like it’s a good fit. If not, I’ll be able to refer you to a trusted colleague.
