Berry & Greek Yogurt Smoothie



  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 thsp Raw Honey
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 thsp Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 cup water


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until very smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!


For an ultra creamy smoothie, use milk instead of water.
